SummitDispatch is an internal field service application operated by Summit Electrical Contractors, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") for use by our employees and authorized personnel only. This policy describes what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data We Collect

The app collects the following data from authorized users: account login credentials, precise GPS location during use, job and work documentation (including photos, materials, labor entries, signatures, and notes), and basic device and usage information through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

How We Use Your Data

All data collected is used solely for internal business operations, including dispatching field technicians, tracking job progress, documenting completed work, and improving app performance. We do not use any data for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is stored in Google Firebase and is accessible only to authorized company personnel. Firebase may process certain analytics and crash data as described in Google's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Job and work documentation is retained as part of our business records. Analytics and crash data is retained for a reasonable period to support app maintenance and improvement.

Location Data

The app collects precise location data to display technician positions on the dispatch map. Location data is collected while the app is in use and may be collected in the background if you have granted that permission. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.
